Introduction

• To attend Sunday morning worship as it currently is and start to get an idea of our culture and personality; get to know us, the context of the work and the community
• Take key role in provision of appropriate activities for the small number of children who do come on Sunday morning
• Work with Pastor, ministers and any others

Experience and Knowledge

• An active, living Christian faith
• An understanding of the world of children and young families
• Experience of working with children and / or families and shaping worship to suit their culture and needs
• Experience of managing / working with volunteers, or being a volunteer
• Knowledge of Safeguarding requirements and willingness to work within the Safeguarding policy

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the job holder to be a practising Christian.

Enhanced full DBS required before appointment can be confirmed.
