Senior Property Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Bexley, Kent
Salary: £30,000 basic | OTE £70,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Looking for a great commission structure?? Ashton Reeves, a respected and award winning independent estate agency, is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Bexley, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to take ownership of their pipeline and earn outstanding commission in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
What We Offer:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure:
Sales Commission
- 20% on properties you list and sell
- 10% on properties you list but are sold by another team member
- 10% on office-managed listings or team-generated sales
Lettings Commission
- 20% on letting fees from newly listed and let properties by you
- 10% on current stock/another staff listed letting fees let by you
Other Commission
- Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months to support your transition
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Use of a pool car for business appointments
- 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays)
- No weekend work – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business in both sales and lettings
- Conduct valuations, list properties, carry out viewings
- Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential sales and/or lettings
- A strong record of winning instructions and closing deals
- Confident, well-presented, and client-focused
- Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence (pool car available for use)
- IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
