Superserve Manchester Ltd are a collective of industry insiders who have worked on a variety of large scales projects across the UK to help the client deliver their F&B operational objectives.

This includes running bars in festivals such as The Garden Party and Mint Festival, setting up and being responsible for F&B delivery in venues including YES in Manchester, The Merchant Liverpool and The Moth Club in London and delivering first class gastronomy experiences in venues up and down the country.

With the biggest project to date on the horizon, Superserve are now recruiting for a experienced baristas to help with the launch of the F&B within Factory International and the day to day running of what is set to be one of Europe's biggest venue openings this year.

This world-class cultural venue in the heart of Manchester will present bold new work by the world's most exciting artists - from music gigs to major exhibitions, original theatre to daring new dance, all incorporating the latest in digital technologies.

The Role

Superserve is a vibrant, multi-faceted new hospitality venture which will be based out of Factory International and we're looking for bartenders to join our team.

As the barista you will be responsible for day to day production of the drinks offering within the venue and make sure is made to the highest standards.

We are looking for Head Baristas who want to take the next step in their career and grow with a progressive and expanding company.

What you'll be doing:

It is our mission to rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee and who better to lead the crusade.

As Head Barista, you will be an expert in all thing's coffee, in crafting unforgettable service experiences and driving practical and theoretical coffee knowledge within the shops.

You will lead your team with a passion, acting as a support for them as well as the rest of the management team.

You will not only be the fountain of knowledge when it comes to coffee, but you'll also assist in driving sales through operational support.

What you'll need:

The Head Barista plays a critical role in ensuring brand standards and high-quality coffee drinks during the service, that's why we want people who have:passion and experience within the specialty coffee industry,
- a customer-oriented positive attitude,
- the diary to accommodate flexible shifts
- ability to lead and inspire the team during busy hours,
- a basic knowledge of training and experience in supporting shop management,
- experience with manual espresso machines and dialing in grinders to extract the maximum flavour from every coffee bean.
