Description

TSR are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for their client, a leading housebuilder based in Northampton. They are looking for someone with an engineering-based background and experience working within a housing developer.

The key roles and responsibilities that would be involved in this role include the following:

Manage any contracts, drawings and other required documents for the design and construction process.
Coordinate the design information between the Design Team members and checking for contract compliance and buildability.
Assist in preparation of specifications.
Check design information for compliance with building regulations and other standards.
Assist with consultant appoints and scope.
Manage deliverables deadlines with the Design Team members.
Managing information flow for pricing and construction.
Liaise with the commercial team regarding project pricing and delivery.
Give support related to the design to the Project Managing team.
Hold client and team meetings with design proposals to ensure satisfaction on all sides.
Assist coordination with utility companies relative to spatial design coordination e.g. incoming services design, room layouts.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
