This opportunity is the chance to Work for a Microsoft Gold Partner based in London, which specialise in Dynamics CRM for their clients in the membership sector, they are experts in providing support and effective CRM systems and membership website software for clients of all sizes.

They take pride in long-lasting relationships with their customers.

This company they only work with companies and organisations that are based in London, they have recently won many projects to work on.

What does the role offer to you?

Preferable skill sets will include

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Requires an outgoing and confident personality who enjoys talking with people by telephone with a patient and clear manner.

Must be able to handle pressure and the continued demands of clients for help and support on an ongoing basis.
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of all business processes with Manufacturing and Distribution companies.
Must be able to work alone or as part of a team
