Are you detail-oriented, organised, and self-driven? We are currently seeking an Accounts and Administration Clerk to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for numbers and administrative tasks, we want to hear from youWorking Monday to Friday 37.5hours per week
(Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:30-14:00)
Main duties and responsibilities
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Reconcile purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organise customer remittance advice and maintain uptodate customer accounts within Xero.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Special requirements
- Selfdriven and reliable with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when entering data is essential.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay:
From £23,000.00 per year
