Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Learning Disability team within North Lincolnshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our Allied Health Professional colleagues as a therapy assistant.


The post holder will be based within the North Lincolnshire care group of Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber Foundation Trust.


Undertake agreed activities as delegated by a Specialist Therapist (Occupational therapist, Physiotherapist and Speech and Language Therapist), with patients / service users under the direct /In-direct supervision of the qualified staff.

Contributes to the assessment, implementation and delivery of individualised evidence based care.


To maintain accurate records in the patient's own home or electronically, record screening assessments and report all actions to Specialist Therapist and signpost as required.


Autonomously complete reviews of shared care patients within the person's own home or designated environment and feedback findings to Specialist Therapist.
