Fantastic HR opportunity- Reputable Government organisation offering hybrid working
About Our Client:
A highly reputable Government organisation located in London - offering hybrid working of 4 times onsite per month (welcome to come in more if you would like, this is just a minimum).
- The successful Assistant HRBP will be responsible for:* Providing advice and management on a range of employee relations cases
- Advising on organisational change
- Identifying issues that could lead to complex HR and pay problems
- Updating HR policies and procedures
- Strategic HR project work.
The Successful Applicant:
- The successful Assistant HRBP must have:* Experience in providing advice on a range of ER and HR matters
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Public sector background would be desirable
- Availability to interview and start asap.
What's on Offer:
A new and exciting opportunity for an Assistant HRBP to join a Government organisation. This is a FTC until end of March 2024 and is to start ASAP.
