Fintelligent is recruiting for a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join an award-winning broker based in South Manchester, Wythenshawe. Due to company growth, they are seeking experienced or trainee mortgage advisors to join their growing organisation. You musthave CeMAP Level 1 as a minimum and a proven track record of working in a sales environment.

This full-time Second Charge Advisor role offers a basic salary of up to £35,000 DOE with uncapped commission and OTE of £65,000 plus CeMAP qualification, alongsideexcellent benefits and working hours.

As an attentive Mortgage Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of customers with various inbound and outbound streams.

You will establish customers' requirements by evaluating their current financial situation and presenting the most appropriate options forthem to choose from by providing the right advice.

In your role as a Second Charge Advisor role, you can expect to:

Be the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
Keep up to date with lender criteria and industry knowledge
Understand lending products available to the customers and the key features of the products
Maximise the income generation of each potential customer and recommend the loan or associated products professionally

To succeed in this Mortgage Advisor role, you must have experience working as a Second Charge Advisor, Secured Loans Advisor, 2nd Charge Advisor or other similar financial sales-based roles.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £35K DOE with uncapped commission and OTE of £65K for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
