With 19 schools, catering to students ranging from infants as young as 4 months old to young adults at 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the school's adherence to health and safety and compliance policies.
  • Identify potential risks and hazards, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and review of risk assessments to enhance safety protocols.
  • Staying uptodate with relevant regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a register of all policies and updating them in line with legislation updates.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Desirable: Hold the IOSH qualification (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
  • Essential: A strong willingness to study for the IOSH qualification (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
  • Desirable: A degree in a related field, showcasing a solid academic foundation.
  • Desirable: Experience within an educational environment, preferably a school setting.
  • Desirable: Previous audit experience, demonstrating an understanding of compliance assessment.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in risk assessment processes to identify and address potential hazards.
