With 19 schools, catering to students ranging from infants as young as 4 months old to young adults at 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
Conduct regular audits to assess the school's adherence to health and safety and compliance policies.
Identify potential risks and hazards, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Assist in the creation and review of risk assessments to enhance safety protocols.
Staying uptodate with relevant regulations and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Maintaining a register of all policies and updating them in line with legislation updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Desirable: Hold the IOSH qualification (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
Essential: A strong willingness to study for the IOSH qualification (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
Desirable: A degree in a related field, showcasing a solid academic foundation.
Desirable: Experience within an educational environment, preferably a school setting.
Desirable: Previous audit experience, demonstrating an understanding of compliance assessment.
Desirable: Proficiency in risk assessment processes to identify and address potential hazards.
