The Role:

The Adviser Services Function within M&G Wealth Advice provides support for our Clients and Financial Advisory Partners.

We are looking to recruit an Adviser Services Consultant who has excellent communication skills to build rapport with our Clients and Partners.

Communication skills are essential for this role and previous experience dealing with Clients within the Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential.

The role is varied and flexibility is key to success. If you have a keenness to learn, andlove to speak with clients, we want to hear from you


Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • You'll be a great communicator at all levels with a strong desire to build and maintain relationships.
  • You will have experience in dealing with Clients over the telephone.
  • You will be able to promote our services to new or existing Clients.
  • You'll be organised and focused with the ability to prioritise and multi task
  • You will have an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • You'll provide a range of support, therefore flexibility is a must
  • Being proactive, adaptable and tailoring your working style is key to being successful in this role
