Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all areas in the residential block premises according to the established standards
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of bathrooms
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to hotel standards
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience in a residential block environment is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
- Excellent time management skills
- Full UK License (no points)
- Min 3 years as a mobile cleaner
- Periodic Pressure Washing to exterior of buildings as per provided specification
Salary:
£33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
