Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Region Technical Trainer is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Product Line technical learning and workplace training and development

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

Actively engage employees with diverse styles and cultures in a positive, energetic, and professional manner to ensure meaningful learning and effective transfer of knowledge and skills to daily work
Develop, continuously improve, and implement blended learning solutions, including instructor led classroom learning, online elearning, workplace training, skills assessments, etc. that satisfy client requirements and meet business demand and ensure that appropriate and updated learning content is used
Provide input in review and updating of Product Line competencies as necessary
Prepares for, facilitates, and evaluates learning courses and workplace training
Support Expro Competence Assurance Program to assess and report on the competence of technical personnel
Work with Management to identify training needs of employees and continuous improvement of the training program, within agreed Group training guidelines.
Where required, coordinate scheduling of training programs and instructor activities and arrange materials to be available
Uses standardized metrics and assessments, evaluates student learning fairly and consistently, provides learners with constructive feedback, and learns to evaluate the learning effectiveness.
Evaluate training programs and participate in continuous improvement of training material; conduct assessment of course objectives against employee performance

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Extensive experience working in Product Line
Strong training and instructional skills
Prior experience in teaching or training is highly beneficial
Fluent in English
Passport and ability to travel
