A not-for-profit organisation based in Manchester City requires an experienced
Payroll
Administrator to join their team on a full-time. permanent basis.

This is a hybrid-working position with
2-3 days working from home each week.


As a
Payroll Administrator, you will join small team, reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly employee payroll.


Responsibilities

  • Setting up new starters, processing leavers
  • Salary calculations and adjustments
  • Calculation of statutory payments and deductions
  • FPS and EPS submissions
  • Pensions processing
  • Resolving payroll queries

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' payroll processing experience
  • Good knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Manual calculations experience
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good systems knowledge
