The Bank House Hotel & Golf Club is a 4 star hotel which boasts 66 rooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as flexible business facilities with meeting and conference rooms suitable for training courses, conferences, workshops or corporate celebration dinners, weddings & events for up to 500 people.
It also has the beautiful Malvern View Spa, and picturesque Bransford Golf Club.
An opportunity has arisen at the Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf Club for a full time, experienced Receptionist to join the team.

responsibilities include:
- create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- deal with hotel and restaurant bookings
- complete procedures when guests arrive and leave
- choose rooms and hand over key cards
- prepare bills and take payments
- handle requests from guests, like booking trips or storing valuables
- give advice to guests on services or the local area
- communicating information across various departments
Job Types:
