    COPYWRITER & CONTENT CREATOR

    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Copywriter & Content Creator to join our team at Bluetree Recruits. As a key member of our design agency, you will work closely with clients across various projects, providing consultancy and business storytelling services.

    You will be responsible for crafting engaging content for client materials, including presentations, scripts, web copy, email campaigns, training content, GTM assets, and internal communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop in-depth understanding of client communication objectives and clarify briefs to create effective content.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively to meet objectives in dynamic situations.
    • Manage client and colleague expectations regarding timelines and deliverables, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
    • Participate in meetings and workshops with clients to gather insights and develop positioning statements that capture the essence of a client's business.
    • Create and edit diverse content types, transforming complex information into clear, engaging narratives.
    • Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand tone consistency, and clarity.

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you should possess:

    • A degree-level qualification in English, Psychology, Journalism, or Marketing.
    • 2-4 years' experience in a Design, Communications, Marketing, or PR agency.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative attitude and open approach to feedback.
    • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and content.
    • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving skills to make informed decisions with limited information.
