Performance and Analysisis a function within our airline organisation responsible for supporting the Management team in the compliance of the TOCC and all their functions across the 5 AOCs.

This also includes the tracking of training requirements across the TOCC and the MI outputfor TUI Airline in a consistent and reliable manner.

The TOCC function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation.

Working as a key member of the Operational Planning department, you drive Standards and Compliance across the TOCC.

This role will focus on understanding regulatory, IOSA and EASA requirements, including any changes, and ensuring that colleagues across theTOCC are aware of these changes.

In this role, you'll report to the TOCC Performance and Analysis Manager


Applications close 1st January 2023.

Applicants should expect to attend the office on average twice per week in Luton.

ABOUT THE JOB As TOCC Performance and Analysis Executive - Training, Standards and Compliance Executive you'll:

  • Manage and assist the self-auditing process for the Department Quality System (DQS) across the TOCC
  • Support the Departmental Quality Representatives across the airlines when required through training or communication
  • Maintain compliance, ensuring departmental audits are managed and completed on schedule
  • Have oversight of AOC compliance for the TOCC ensuring practices are consistently delivered and reviewed to meet regulatory and statutory requirements across TUI Airline
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to continuously improve the standards and performance across TOCC
  • Be part of the DQS team to drive continuous improvement across all TOCC areas
  • Continually proactively review regulatory requirements IOSA, EASA and national authorities to ensure that the TOCC team remain compliant
  • When changes to regulation are identified, make recommendations for changes to processes or manuals and present these to the TOCC Performance & Analysis Manager for signoff, then implement and followup
  • Working with stakeholders across the GOC, Heads of TOCC, Safety and Compliance teams, ensure that any regulatory training is delivered to all team members by the expiry dates that are required
  • Working with Heads of Department, drive performance and standards based training outside the regulatory requirements
  • Working alongside TOCC Performance and Analysis Executive
  • Safety and MI specialist executive, have a broader knowledge for the TOCC

ABOUT YOU:


  • Competent use of IT systems able to adopt new ways of working as technology develops
  • Commercially and financially aware whilst having a working knowledge of aviation operational, technical and regulatory matters
  • Working knowledge of Safety Management systems and root cause analysis is desirable
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting at all levels of the company and the external parties, with the ability to build trust and productive relationships
  • Flexible and able to adapt to fast changing commercial or operational situations
  • Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international trave
