Children's Home Registered Manager Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire
£45k plus bonus depending on experience


We are looking for a Registered Manager for a 1 bed home supporting 8-18s with EBD and challenging behaviour in Hemel Hempstead.

This home is open and fully staffed.
This home will support 2 children in the near future.

Children's Home Registered Manager Requirements


We are looking for a dynamic leader - someone who is tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful and productive working relationships.

We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence andlife skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision we make.

So, if you have

Significant experience managing or supervising a team in a residential children's home preferable EBD

The Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or you are willing to work towards this)


Within the last five years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.

Minimum 12 months of supervisory and management of staff working in a caring role.

An understanding of the complexities of balancing legislation's associated with Regulated Children's Services
