Data Privacy Lawyer - Senior Associate or Head of Department - London

Client


A well established Legal 500 law firm are seeking a Senior Associate/Head of Department for it's Data Privacy team in London.


Role
You will join a highly regarded team and will head up the firmwide data privacy department.


In this role you will be giving bespoke advise to clients on contentious and non-contentious privacy matters including drafting regulatory documents, conducting data audits, undertaking international data transfers, advising on breach management and datasecurity and dealing with individual rights.


You will have excellent business development skills and may have a number of established personal connections and work to bring to the firm.

You should be able to build relationships and possess strong communication skills both with clients and colleagues.


You


You are likely to have at least 6 years PQE and significant experience in acting for large private sector employers.

You will either be a Partner/Head of Department or at senior level ready for your next challenge.
