Description
We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join a well established company in High Wycombe.

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from their High End B2B and HNW B2C customers.

Your role will involve analysing financial information, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding balances
  • Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to facilitate debt recovery
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes raised by customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment details
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reconcile customer accounts
  • Analyse credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
  • Utilise accounting software for data entry and record keeping purposes

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices
  • Familiarity with financial services and accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse financial information and make informed decisions
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Proficient in data entry

Pay:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
