Our client is looking for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects. Their focusis providing improvement reports for retrofitting buildings and helping landlords achieve the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).

To be considered for this Non-Domestic Energy Assessor role you will have:

Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
Relevant industry experience
Experience with SBEM & IES VE modelling software
Willing to travel to sites
Brilliant time management and communication skills
Excellent relationship building and positive 'cando' attitude

Working as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor you will;

Producing nondomestic EPC using SBEM and IES VE modelling software
Complete energy surveys of buildings
Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
Identify options for energy efficiency improvement measures
