Red Bull UK is hiring for an IT Business Demand Specialist.

This role captures business demands and contributes to and/or manages business driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager and the Area IT.

The person maintains an up-to-date and secure landscape of local services and acts as stand-in for the IT manager and the IT team.

The IT Business Demand Specialist leverages Red Bull's overall IT guidelines and standards and IT service management processes.

Finally, the person is responsible for focusing on business processes improvements and continuously working towards an improved end-user and business satisfaction with IT services and demands.


Business Relationship
Management

  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the different stakeholder of the local business departments, teams and colleagues of the Area IT Europe and the global IT.
  • Leverage this relationship to identify business needs managing their expectations.
  • Embrace our demand process to scope initiatives, derive options and push for an internal alignment and transparent decision making.
  • Track initiatives throughout the execution, ensure the initial scope and demand objectives met and the delivered output hits desired quality baselines.

Project and IT Management

  • Drives the project planning process for new demands with stakeholders.
  • Aligns local business needs and demands proactively with the IT Manager (aiming to promote and push for global/regional instead of local IT solutions).
  • Supports local IT and/or business projects, leading defined workpackages.
  • Ensures local project tasks deploying global IT services reach highest enduser satisfaction.
  • Maintains and improves the release planning process for local services.
  • Supports the IT Manager in terms of IT budget planning.
  • Take over assignments, leveraging global and area specific project management methods.
  • Coordinates external vendors and partners (e.g. MDM, digital signage).
  • Ensures the landscape (user information, onboarding and training materials, IT documentation) of local services maintained.

IT Collaboration and IT Service Support

  • Maintains and develops a regular stakeholder alignment, sharing relevant information for IT services and capturing requirement and development ideas.
  • Collaborates improvement, simplification ideas or limitations in current services, processes & tools effectively for a fast and qualified alignment among IT peers (local, IT Area, remote Service Desk).
  • Ensures a professional enduser IT onboarding (leveraging and contributing global standards).
  • Ensures a professional and regular IT service communication towards endusers.
  • Organises and/or executes IT security training as well as useful enduser IT service training.
  • Creation and maintenance of IT Sharepoint page.

Qualifications:


  • IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Teamoriented, selfmotivated personality, handson and flexible.
  • Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms.
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with endusers.
  • Strong analytical and problem solve skills towards global IT peers.
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
  • Spoken and written English mandatory.
