Full Job Description
77 Charlotte Street is a newly refurbished commercial building situated in the lively heart of Fitzrovia.

We are looking to hire a Building Receptionist/Administrator who will be the first point of friendly contact for our tenants and their guests.

As wellas on-boarding new tenants you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance issues and be responsible for scheduling service visits as and when required.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is always friendly, helpful and pro-active.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Responsible for being the first point of contact within the building for occupiers and visitors.
  • Be responsible for access control management
  • Ensure all maintenance services are carried out as required.
  • Liaise regularly with all occupiers, keeping them informed of all works and services within the building.
  • Regularly inspect the building including all common parts areas i.e., corridors, fire escape routes, plant rooms and services areas and report to management.
  • Be generally helpful.

Requirements or Skills:


  • Relevant experience required.
  • Friendly, responsible and helpful.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Intermediate administration skills, e.g., competency in all regular Microsoft packages such as MS Word, MS Excel.
