Description

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to lead on key client accounts and deliver against the associated sales target.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset - you will create relationships with our clients to allow you to advise and support them in their business goals, in turning delivering Foolproof revenue.

You will have direct accountability for delivering results against revenue and margin metrics.


Key skills:


  • Experience in Product strategy, design and engineering.
  • Generate, develop, and own a sales pipeline to meet quarterly/annual targets across a number of accounts.
  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with senior clients and stakeholders to open up new project opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Understanding of the end to end sales process from RFP through to contract negotiation.

The role:

You'll be working as part of the Client Engagement team, made up of Client Partners and New Business Managers. Together they are responsible for delivering against Foolproof's revenue and margin targets.

As a Senior Client Partner, your role is to grow our existing business focussing on our product and service go-to-market proposition.


You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you've led client relationships in digital, specifically product and service design and how to deliver products to market.

You'll have worked in environments where you collaborate with practice and project management teams to scope and win business from a portfolio of clients.

Typically each Client Partner manages ~3 clients and you will hold a target of ~£2M per FY.

The role offers an incentive structure which will reward you for hitting Quarterly revenue and margin targets, and an additional payout at financial year end.


There are no currently no line management responsibilities associated with this role, however we work collaboratively within the team, provide coaching, peer review and bouncing ideas around to help get the best out of the proposals and approaches we share with clients.


Our methodology:


  • Develop deep understanding of client and Foolproof ecosystem.
  • Leverage existing and new client network to grow business.
  • Develop relationships with potential and current customers, understanding their business goals and priorities to generate leads and opportunities (c suite / csuite minue 1).
  • Able to storytell and build solutions for design/build and product engagements, building the best approach for clients and Foolproof.
  • Negotiate successful deals for Foolproof, maximising profit and business value whilst considering client and market value of services.
  • Networking and events with existing and new clients.
  • Track health and status of opportunities including reporting via Salesforce and other tools.
  • Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular status reports and management information demonstrating performance and progress within the sales function.
