Job Duties:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our fast-paced Adult Safeguarding Team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised person, who can ensure consistent high levels of administrative support.

You will join a friendly, hardworking support team.


We are actively recruiting for an Admin Support Officer to support the Adult Safeguarding Team West based in Apsley, with administration of Adult Safeguarding cases.


The Admin Support Officer will be expected to utilise shared data on our client records system and provide general administrative duties supporting the Adult Safeguarding team.

You will be working in a fast paced and emotionally demanding team. You will demonstrate a resilient attitude to meet the challenges of the role

You must be able to multi-task to achieve the team's objectives.

You will be leading on duty, managing an active and busy inbox and portal as well as arranging various meetings working closely with colleagues and external partners and individuals within the community.

The successful applicant will be competent in the of use of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook

English Fluency:

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post (for those whose language is a signed language the provision of a sign language interpreter who speaks English to the necessary standard of fluency will be required).
