OA are recruiting a Customer Services Administrator based in Barnet, North London for a really amazing client.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience in a similar role in retail customer care, in an office environment, with a goodunderstanding of beauty products.


Role:
Customer Service Administrator


Rate:
£22,000pa - £25,000pa (dependant on experience)


Days:
Monday to Friday (2-3 hours working one weekend in four)


Times: 9am - 5pm


Location:
Barnet - Hybrid role once training is complete - (3 days in the office/2 days from home)

Customer Services Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of a team
  • Processing customer returns, dealing with replacements or refunds
  • Communicating with customers to ensure positive feedback from all channels of sales.
  • Dealing with courier issues and liaising between the customer and courier company to ensure a positive outcome
  • Quality control
  • General office support

Customer Services Administrator Requirements:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • People person must have a confident telephone manner
  • Well organised
  • Good at multitasking
  • Excellent time management and managing own workload
  • The ability to work alone and as a team
  • Strong Microsoft package skills
  • Excel & Office

Previous experience using Zendesk:


  • Previous customer service team leader experience is desired
