Description

North Access Clinical Business Unit are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual into a Clinical Lead post within the Community Treatment Team covering the Northumberland and North Tyneside area.


As Clinical Lead you will join the multi-disciplinary collective leadership team focussing on service development, clinical standards and quality improvement across the whole Community Treatment Team however will work clinically and provide supervision and direct leadership primarily within the Adult Pathway.


The Clinical Lead will be expected to provide expert clinical advice both with the service and to external partners, lead on the coordination of care and treatment for highly complex individuals, provide both group and individual clinical supervision to clinicians within the service, undertake clinical audit and use audit findings to influence improvements in quality standards.


The Clinical Lead will have a key role in relation to the coordination and implementation of safeguarding strategies, focussing on relationships and inter-agency working to ensure safety and positive outcomes for those accessing the service.

You will need excellent organisational, time management and delegation skills. You will be expected to facilitate and deliver training with the team.
