The Role

Due to the continuing growth of our business and investment in new equipment, We are ideally looking to recruit a
Beamer (Sectional Warping Operative).

The role is on a full-time basis and is to join the Beaming team in preparing synthetic yarn ready to weave technical têxtiles, which are to specified quality and consistency standards.

You will report to the Weaving Director and you will be required to understand and follow the safety requirements and ensure that you work within the Company's health and safety frame work.

Ideally, you have some experience of Beaming and will already have some knowledge, and têxtile based skills, when combined with the following knowledge or attributes would be a distinct advantage:

Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations for processing material requirements.
An understanding of creeling and yarn weights.
A flexible proactive attitude towards your workload is important, as we operate in a fastpaced changeable environment that requires a quality driven approach.

We are looking for an individual who can provide a positive contribution with the ability to work independently, whilst also maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.
