Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Assistant Store Manager.
Our sales team members are the face of the brand and first point of contact with our clients. They play a vital role ensuring clients receive a luxury experience in a welcoming environment. We offer a unique and personalised service aimed at building strongrapport and long-term relationships with our clients.

To do well in this role it is critical to understand the brand's values and have a deep knowledge of all our products, materials and designs.

As an Assistant Store Manager you will take pride in providing our clients with a world-class customer experience whilst supporting your colleagues to express their full potential.

You will be inspirational in performing your tasks, quality and customer-oriented in engaging with our clientele, dynamic and proactive in ensuring the highest operational standards.


Your Role will Include:


  • Offering an immersive experience into the Luca Faloni brand and collection
  • Supporting the management of daytoday store operations ensuring profitability and reflecting the brand's image
  • Promoting a teamworkoriented environment featuredby the highest standards
  • Welcoming and understanding our client's needs whilst selling sidebyside with the team
  • Communicating the Luca Faloni values and brand philosophy;
  • Achieving/exceeding sales objectives and targets;
  • Building relationships with local and international clients, ensuring they receive a worldclass, luxury service whilst always being personable and diligent;
  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and ability to identify business trends and opportunities
  • A charismatic and personable Brand Ambassador with confidence in clienteling and building genuine, longlasting relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales and customerfocused environment
  • Organised, detail oriented and good at problem solving
  • Committed in providing outstanding customer experience
  • Passionate about inspiring, coaching, and leading colleagues whilst showing integrity and professionalism
  • Flexible to work according to a retail schedule including weekends
