Description

Your specific Duties & Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Management of vehicle transfers
  • Management of deliveries, collection, cancellations
  • Accident Management
  • Liaison with Insurance brokers including MID & MOT
  • Liaising with leasing companies, requesting, and organising documents
  • Vehicle ordering and new starter onboarding
  • Administration of fleet management platform including cross checks of fleet management system against other databases
  • Management of random daily requests (foreign travel, broken windscreen)
  • Managing all daytoday fleet operations and employee queries
  • Reporting and analysis to support management decision making
  • Creation of procedure notes
  • Database management
  • Fuel Cards
  • Contract renewal
  • Processing and coding supplier invoices
  • Processing and managing parking fines
  • Driver and driver's licence checks
  • Organising and moving fleet vehicles (occasional)
  • Fleet Dashboard
  • Identify and research new business opportunities
  • In collaboration with ALDs Flex and daily rental teams
- sourcing suitable vehicles for new and existing employees

  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle inspections following returns and handovers.
  • Assisting with the drafting of the leased vehicle policies and updating the company Drivers handbook
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks consistent with the daytoday operations of both departments

  • Prior Office/Fleet Administration Experience;

Job Types:

From £25,000.00 per year
