Description
Your specific Duties & Responsibilities are as follows:
- Management of vehicle transfers
- Management of deliveries, collection, cancellations
- Accident Management
- Liaison with Insurance brokers including MID & MOT
- Liaising with leasing companies, requesting, and organising documents
- Vehicle ordering and new starter onboarding
- Administration of fleet management platform including cross checks of fleet management system against other databases
- Management of random daily requests (foreign travel, broken windscreen)
- Managing all daytoday fleet operations and employee queries
- Reporting and analysis to support management decision making
- Creation of procedure notes
- Database management
- Fuel Cards
- Contract renewal
- Processing and coding supplier invoices
- Processing and managing parking fines
- Driver and driver's licence checks
- Organising and moving fleet vehicles (occasional)
- Fleet Dashboard
- Identify and research new business opportunities
- In collaboration with ALDs Flex and daily rental teams
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle inspections following returns and handovers.
- Assisting with the drafting of the leased vehicle policies and updating the company Drivers handbook
- Ad hoc administrative tasks consistent with the daytoday operations of both departments
