This role is for a 6 month placement, from August - January 2024.


A vital and important part of the Cocorose London Team, you'll be at the heart of helping us to run our brand and ecommerce business.


We are looking for a highly competent individual to assist us with the everyday running of our business, and in particular a new project we have launching in August 2023.


Overall, you should have a willingness and hunger to learn, coupled with an optimistic "Can Do, Will Doand What Else Can I Do" attitude.

Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit will ensure that you take responsibility and go the extra mile to deliver the best quality and outstanding work.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Assist with delivering the best performing website working on the back end of our site to update products and content and suggesting ideas.
  • Customer journey champion taking shared ownership of the digital journey that our customers take and making sure that it is as smooth as possible.
  • Returns helping with the checking and processing of customer returns to our office.
  • Assisting with post production product photography checking images / files, renaming of images, etc.
  • Assisting with Press / marketing renaming and correct filing of press features and press releases.
  • Assisting with Operations learning and familiarising yourself with our order management system, fulfilment of product dispatches, communication with our warehouse, assisting with stock management.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:


The role requires a great deal of energy, a dynamic and proactive approach, thinking 'away from the straight line'whilst having a logical approach to process and systems.

We are looking for an individual with a cheerful presence and polite people skills coupled with enthusiasm and the desire to deliver continual improvement to the Customer experience.


The ability to deliver on the above responsibilities and to possess the appropriate skills below is naturally a requirement, but we are equally searching for a new member of our team who will embrace our values and culture.

You will not just fit in, you will "Get It".

With reference to the Project. There is a great deal to get done in a short period of time. We and our partners in the project will be working to a project critical path.

Key skills include;

  • Excellent English written and verbal skills, with particular focus on how to communicate with Customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and can integrate into the Team and get on with Customers.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • You will be dealing with high volume workflow at specific times, therefore being able to prioritise and multitask is an essential requirement.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent computing skills with a focus on Excel, Canva. Knowledge of Shopify and software like photoshop would be an advantage.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£19,500.00 per year
