Description
Mallows Bottling - we are a Father and Son Distillery, based in 30,000 premises, in Wales. On site we can blend, bottle, and store all beverages from 5cl to 3 litres.


Job description

Your new role:


You'll be working as the production shift team leader and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activity on site.

You'll be leading the team and will ensure that they are meeting the production targets that are set.


What you'll need to succeed:


In order to succeed, you'll have worked in a production environment (preferably in food & drink manufacturing) in a team leader / front line manager role.

You will be confident in leading your teams, providing clear direction and communication to your team to deliver the day-to-day production activities.

This will be a fast paced environment, so experience of working in this environment is essential.

Experience

Previous experience in a food-manufacturing environment.
