Public Sector Account Manager

Context IT are seeking a driven, customer focused Public Sector Account Manager for our Telecommunications Provider client based in Huddersfield.

As a Public Sector Account Manager, you'll form an integral part of their client facing team, acting as thefirst point of contact for a portfolio of direct clients.

You will be responsible for maximising the potential of your customer base by managing a portfolio of accounts, delivering exceptional customer service throughout whilst proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include;

Build and maintain strong relationships with their existing clients.
Exceed expectations with a personable and proactive approach.
Develop proposals that encompass the customers' needs and objectives
Build a strong pipeline based on Identifying opportunities with existing clients.
Becoming an industry expert, empathising, and relating to your customer's needs.
Work alongside other departments to ensure endtoend service
Becoming a trusted business advisor with your customers.

Experience/Qualifications:

Ideally, our client is seeking someone with Public Sector Account Management experience with a proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Experience within an ISP (Internet Service Provider) or Telecommunications Provider business.
A strong customer focus mentality coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.

Based in Huddersfield with hybrid working.
**Paying up to 35k basic with a realistic OTE of £45k
