Responsibilities:


  • Sports Coaching:
  • Plan and deliver highquality coaching sessions for a variety of sports, ensuring they align with Premier Education's standards and guidelines.
  • Tailor coaching techniques to accommodate various skill levels and age groups, fostering both skill development and a love for sports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, coaching methodologies, and safety standards to continuously enhance coaching practices.
  • Program Development:
  • Contribute to the design and development of sports programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of students.
  • Collaborate with the program development team to create ageappropriate and engaging curriculum materials.
  • Student Engagement:
  • Inspire and motivate students to actively participate in sports activities, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills and confidence.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding program updates, achievements, and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to extracurricular sports activities.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Prioritize the safety of participants by implementing and enforcing safety protocols during all sports activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, and obtain necessary certifications as required.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sports events, competitions, and showcases to showcase students' achievements and foster a sense of community.

Qualifications:

  • Coaching experience in various sports.
  • Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and positive values.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Understanding of child development and the ability to adapt coaching techniques accordingly.
