We are partnered with a professional, Business Rates Advisory RICS regulated Surveying Firm, who are looking for a Business Rates Surveyor to join their growing team.

You'll be focusing on appeals from start to finish with a mix of site inspections, gathering evidence and producing reports.

With their office being based in Bristol, there will be some travel for social events and quarterly meetings.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing diary appointments booked by the sales team.
  • Visiting client sites as booked by the sales team.
  • Carrying out site inspections for clients.
  • Gathering comparable evidence of the site using software such as Costar.
  • Analysing comparable properties and rental figures.
  • Finalising negotiations with the VOA.

What you'll need to apply

  • Previous successful experience as a Surveyor within Business Rates.
  • Full and clean driving licence is required due to the travel for the role.
