Position:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator, to join a leading Independent Estate Agent with a successful business in
Weymouth and the surrounding area.


We are looking for an individual who is smart, well spoken and articulate and lives locally with links to the local community.


Skills:
The skills required for this Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Property Management experience essential
  • Residential Lettings experience essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Wellspoken and wellpresented
  • Knowledge of the local market area
  • Target driven and dynamic
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent spoken and written English
