Do you want the privilege of making a positive impact on the mental wellbeing of people? Are you compassionate and recovery focussed? If so, we are recruiting Senior Support Time Recovery Workers to join our Integrated Mental Health Teams across Staffordshire Prisons.


Our teams are made up of different roles, skills and expertise, which benefits those needing our care, and we share a passion for providing good quality mental health care.

As a Senior STR Worker you will offer support and mental health interventions to those people in prison experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

You will play an invaluable role in supporting people in prison who are often vulnerable and disadvantaged.


You will receive support, guidance and supervision from a registered mental health practitioner and will have vast opportunities from your colleagues within the team.
