Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Eastleigh, Hampshire

£11.50 per hour

Our client, specialists in the transport and logistics industry, have a great opportunity for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to work within their warehouse at their Eastleigh location in Hampshire.

This is a temporary ongoing position that could lead into a more permanent job after 12 weeks if you get on well

You will require your own valid in date counterbalance licence as well as recent experience with a counterbalance forklift.

The Counterbalance Forklift Driver role will involve various tasks including:

Loading and unloading deliveries (with the counterbalance forklift as well as by hand)
Wrapping pallets
Checking paperwork
Quality control
General tidying of the yard and warehouse area
Other general counterbalance forklift duties

The working hours are Monday to Fridays from 10am until 8pm, however flexibility is required to start earlier or finish later to cover staff shortages over the next 15 weeks.

The pay is £11.50 per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
