Administrator Assistant - Roydon


Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting an additional
Data Entry Operator for a busy plumbing and drainage company based in Hoddesdon but soon to move to Roydon.

Immediate start available


We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and keen to join the existing great team as this person will be dealing with the scheduling of the metering side of the company.


Working hours
:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Will include some
Saturdays on a rota basis paid at time and a half or a day off in the week.

Will also include 1 in 6 weeks where you will work 10am - 7pm.

Salary
:
£10.50 per hour


Holiday
:
Accrued at 12.07%


Duties will include:


  • Coordinating engineers and plumbers
  • Ensure work is routed correctly
  • Inputting and updating data using Excel
  • Verifying and checking works completed by onsite staff
- completing compliance and general admin roles

  • Working within a strong team

Key Requirements for this role:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Strong IT skills including MS Excel

  • Able to use own initiative
  • Quick learner
This is a temporary - permanent position, offering a great working environment.
