We are looking to employ a Night Care Assistant to help support 27 clients in our very family orientated home for 2-4 nights per week, full or part time available.

Care Assistant will liaise with the Senior Carer and Manager to ensure shifts run smoothly.

Assisting clients with Personal care, Continence Care and Nutrition.

Supporting clients who may be awake during the night.

Many of our clients have Dementia and we also provide palliative care.


We are a close team who work in a very person centred way and are looking for someone with empathy, patience and a passion for the role.

To work alongside two other staff, this is an awake position.

Full induction package and continued training provided, can also support with Level 2/3 HSC.

2-4 nights, must be willing to work weekends, (shifts are from 9pm to 7am) plus support to cover holidays and sickness

Nights to vary to suit the needs of the home.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We are following and updating all current Government, PHE, NHS and CQC guidelines. PPE is provided. Staff are tested in line with current government guidance. Robust infection control is adhered to. Staff have received extra appropriate training


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Benfleet SS7 1TG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
