Description

Chilworth Partnership and Venture Recruitment Partners, a leading Finance and Accountancy recruitment agency, are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager on a part-time, flexible basis to manage internaldailyaccounting duties.

Reporting to Senior Management, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Preparing monthly journals for depreciation, accruals and prepayments.
Posting and coding Interim invoices and allocating to customer names for profit report.
Produce quarterly VAT return and completing monthly bank reconciliation.
Processing monthly payments based on timesheets and respective sales invoices and producing monthly payroll reports.
Producing and updating the management accounts pack and reconciling with Quickbooks on a monthly basis.
Complete quarterly Intermediary report.
Checking tax code changes each week to incorporate into weekly and monthly payroll.
Producing aged debtors report when required.
Working with the admin team to chase aged debt.

Our idealFinance Manager will be:

Qualified, Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant.
Proven background in an SME environment.
Knowledge ofQuickbookswould be advantageous.
