    Job Title: Learning and Development Partner

    You will drive organizational change, growth, and maturity across the tastytrade division by equipping managers to develop high-performing teams and fostering an enriching employee experience.

    This role focuses on implementing agile HR principles with a strong emphasis on enhancing the employee experience. We aim to create a more flexible, responsive, and people-centric HR function that supports the evolving needs of our workforce and wider organizational growth agenda.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Development:

    • Collaborate with leadership to identify learning and development needs aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
    • Design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that support organizational change and growth using agile HR methodologies.
    • Equip managers with the tools and skills needed to foster team development and enhance leadership capabilities.
    • Champion initiatives that improve the employee experience, promoting a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to support professional development across all levels of the organization.

    Mandatory Training Programs:

    • Design and implement mandatory training programs that meet both regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
    • Assess and address training needs, define clear learning objectives, and choose appropriate delivery methods.
    • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Establish metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.

    About You:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred, alternative experiences considered.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related HR function or demonstrated experience of executing people development projects.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of agile HR practices and experience in facilitating organizational change.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
    • Certification in Learning and Development or HR (e.g., CPLP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
