Full job description:

• Full Time Sales Advisor, Kids Around, St Enoch Glasgow

As part of our selling team in store you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service with a personal touch, within a high quality, designer fashion label setting.

Experience within a high-end customer service setting is ideal but not a must. enthusiasm, confidence and a desire to sell and help grow the business most important.


Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
• Drive and deliver KPI's
• To be familiar with the collection, control and manage deliveries and stock to maximise sales
• Support management with the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock and promotions in line with Head Office directives
• Manage stock loss and support the completion of inventories
• Cash handling
• Key Holder responsibilities
