Interim Finance Director - 3 month interim role - Reading but mainly home-based


Our client, a PE-backed IT business with an international client base, seeks a technically strong interim Finance Director for a 3 month interim contract, with the possibility of longer-term requirements.


Working closely with the CFO and auditors, you will help project manage the year-end accounting process; providing the outsourced accounting firm with the required figures for multiple group entities.

Applicants should be qualified and come from a strong technical accounting background with knowledge of IFRS.

Due to recent conversion to IFRS, this person will also create accounting papers for the business to document all key information.

Experience of also accounting for project revenue is required.


Whilst the company is based in Reading and will initially require two or three day in the office, the remainder of the contract will be mainly home-based.

Due to the interim nature of the role, only applicants who are immediately available can be considered.
