The Opportunity

We are now looking to further expand and strengthen our ecological presence across the UK including through the appointment of an ambitious and inspirational Ecology Business Unit Lead for London and the South East.

As one of our longest standing teams and a successful track record, you will have a high degree of autonomy over leading, shaping and growing the teams based in London and Sussex, including engaging with client and partners, pursuing appropriate opportunities, recruiting new talent, improving processes, driving innovation and developing new initiatives.

As a senior Temple team member, working with the Head of Ecology and the other Business Unit Leads, you will play a wider role in mentoring, developing and ensuring the success of the wider Ecology Division and the Temple business as a whole.

In addition, you will take ownership of some of our key client accounts/frameworks and contribute to and support the development of our other teams and service propositions.

As part of our Senior Team, you will play a crucial role in realising our ambitions.

You will be a talented professional with a broad and deep wealth of expertise, but just as importantly you will bring the right self-starting entrepreneurial aptitude and approach, having the potential as both a disruptor and a collaborator and someone who will thrive in our community of innovators and problem-solvers, where we collectively leverage our ingenuity, experience, passion and technology to build trust with clients and deliver sustainable legacies.

You will be a highly experienced ecologist with proven experience at a senior director grade or looking to make this significant step-up.

You are likely to have extensive experience working in consultancy and be looking to join a large and successful independent SME where you can directly influence change, and control the direction and performance of the business, and share in its success.
