Salary £24,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)Sales Administrator - The Role:
- Support in preparing simple quotations and proposals
- Processing purchase orders
- Creating relevant order documentation for the production team
- Monitoring, chasing and issuing requests for invoices to support the Finance Department
- Provide administrative support to the Account Managers
- Entering information and data to the company's CRM system
- Maintaining the client files and information up to date
- Managing and organising internal and client meetings on behalf of the sales team
- Support in creating monthly sales reports
- Experience in a similar role
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Proficient use of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent people skills and a great oral and written communicator
- Attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy of work
- Proactive approach to problemsolving
- Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office tools
