Salary £24,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)


Sales Administrator - The Role:

  • Support in preparing simple quotations and proposals
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Creating relevant order documentation for the production team
  • Monitoring, chasing and issuing requests for invoices to support the Finance Department
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Managers
  • Entering information and data to the company's CRM system
  • Maintaining the client files and information up to date
  • Managing and organising internal and client meetings on behalf of the sales team
  • Support in creating monthly sales reports
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Proficient use of MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent people skills and a great oral and written communicator
  • Attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy of work
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office tools
