DDM has developed two AI-led digital health interventions that have been clinically validated and proven in a multitude of clinical and commercial settings.

DDM's multi-award-winning, recognised innovations are low-cost and globally scalable.

DDM's mission is to scale the clinically validated digital health innovations to empower people, starting with 1.6bn people with chronic metabolic health disorders, alongside predictive analytics and risk stratification.

Our evidence-based digital health interventions, like the Low Carb Program, have been featured in the New Scientist, The Times, Daily Mail, Sky News and BBC with thousands of people placing their type 2 diabetes into remission.

The Low Carb Program is grounded in behaviour change psychology and our peer-reviewed health outcomes have shown impressive results.

1 in 4 members are able to put their type 2 diabetes into remission whilst 60% are also able to reduce or eliminate insulin and 40% are able to eliminate one or more medications.


Essential skills and experience:


  • Psychology degree (First class or 2:1)
  • Excellent level of written communication
  • Experience of working in health, social care or third sector settings
  • Experience in working with clients, patients, or families individually or in group settings
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and able to work within the UK

Desirable skills and experience:


  • MSc or further postgraduate education related to psychology
  • Knowledge and/or experience of CBT and third waves approaches (e.g. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
  • Experiance in delivering online or in person training

What we want from you:


  • To be able to create a range of content material, based on current psychological literature that will engage and educate our audience from different populations.
  • You will be supporting the research findings to allow them to be used and accessed by as many audience members as possible, with a focus on medicalbased research.
  • The passion to empower, educate and support people with your writing and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly
  • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a superior level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary:
£18,764.00-£26,000.00 per year
