Contract Length: 12 months

Location:
Hybrid/Northwood - 1 day a week on site.

Pay Rate to Intermediary:
£500-£550 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Commercial Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Advice and commercial support on ICT Business Cases.
Advice on Route to Market / commercial frameworks for rapid capability procurement.
Commercially support procurement competitions (PQQ/ITN/ITT etc).
Advice on Commercial policy over Competition or Single Source procurements.
Concurrently running multiple procurements.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Experience in Rapid ICT Software Procurement.
Experience in procuring ICT software. Digital background, facepaced software markets.
Experience in the preprocurement life cycle
Commercial experience 35 years as a minimum
Ability to advice of operating in market that moves at a fast pace.
