Solicitor - Civil Litigation

Salary to £60k depending on experience

Hybrid Working on offer - 2 days a week office attendance required


A rare opportunity has arisen within our clients Civil Litigation department, for an experienced Solicitor specialising in Civil Litigation, Commercial Property and Commercial Dispute cases.

As part of your role you will be expected to:


  • Manage a large case load consisting of Civil Litigation, Commercial Property and Commercial Dispute cases
  • Act on behalf of legal expense insurance clients from inception of claim
  • Handle both pre and post litigated claims
  • Handle a case load of fast track and multi track claims for subrogated recoveries
  • Handle all claims in accordance with the clients specific requirements
  • Perform legal and factual research
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have 5 years PQE experience. Ideally you would also have defendant insurance experience, but this is not essential.
