Reed Talent Solutions are looking for Senior Recruiter to join our RPO team.

The role

Salary:
£26,500 - £35,000 plus 20% performance-related bonus

Location:
Hybrid/Remote depending on location

Contract:
Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As the Senior recruiter, you'll be supporting our team on all recruitment for roles in the Scientific sector.

You'll be the departments expert in this area so need to be prepared to support junior recruiters and be involved in client calls and meetings.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage the vacancy from start to end
  • Initiating virtual meetings with the hiring manager
  • Understanding the requirements of the hiring managers
  • Advertising and attraction
  • Adhere to all our targets & SLA's
  • You will be required to direct source and have a creative approach to recruitment.

Required skills & experience
At this level, we need a recruiter who can evidence at least 18-months experience in the Scientific vertical


Additionally, we're looking for:

  • Strong relationship building and relationship maintenance skills
  • Evidence of headhunting and sourcing against niche roles
  • Desire to learn and develop with the company
